The driving concept for this show was setting Andrew Jackson in a shabby, worn down, dive bar environment to rock out and tell his story.  This idea inspired a total transformation of the black box space, not just the stage and playing area, complete with graffiti and blood splatter.  Jackson and the audience occupied the same space; they were not in a theater anymore.  The audience sat on mismatched chairs and, before the show began, looked at band stickers and posters for local events plastered the masking and existing walls.
