Located on the narrow site of a former train station at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Wilshire Boulevard, this university is meant to provide the environment for performing arts and digital media students amidst the bustling city of Los Angeles.  This unrealistic exploration of circulation creates intriguing backdrops for students to use in their art.  This sleek, white design utilizes significant vertical space, which allows for outdoor green space protected from the traffic of the surrounding Los Angeles streets.
